Victor attended Montemorelos University in Montemorelos, Mexico. He has previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Quality Control Manager, and Crew Leader.

As Superintendent for Project Developers, Victor performs a critical hands-on role. His duties include:

• Supervision of all tradesmen, subcontractors and vendors
• Ensuring completion of all project stages on schedule and within budget
• Producing daily project reports
• Providing liaison between company and customers

Other duties include:
• Acoustical testing, documentation and training
• Medical Imaging shielding
• Basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC work
