Sonya holds a BS in Psychology from Averett University and has taken advanced payroll processing courses at George Mason University. In addition she earned her Human Resources Certification from ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors). She comes to Project Developers with a background in customer service and human resources. Previously, she worked in Charlotte, NC at ADP, a worldwide leader in payroll processing.

As Human Resources Benefits Manager, Sonya's position with Project Developers is critical. Multiple duties include semi-mothly payroll processing, storage and maintenance of employee files, employee enrollment in company benefits (including medical and dental plans), calculating and submitting flexible spending accounts, and submitting workman's compensation claims.
