Dominick and Linda O. Carducci started Project Developers, Inc. in 1989. Each brings a set of skills and talents to the business of building secure facilities for the government and private sectors.
Dominick, Project Developers, Inc.’s President and Facility Security Officer (FSO), retired from the US Navy after twenty years in the intelligence field. The experience with government security, secured facility management and construction and maintenance combine to give him a unique perspective of both shielded and unshielded secure facilities.
He participates in review of the DCID 6/9 (construction standard for secure facilities) and consults to government agencies in the area of security. He has constructed and managed accreditation of millions of square feet of shielded and unshielded enclosures.
In fact, Dominick Carducci pioneered the effective use of foil for Radio Frequency containment and remains an expert in foil as a substitute or supplement for RF shielding. His experience extends to the operations of MRI Dup woriplCenters.
