Important Notes to Designers
Shielded rooms are often elevated to allow for security inspections beneath the RF enclosure. Therefore, design considerations must be made to accommodate the low-threshold door that may include ramping and/or elevating the adjoining floor to be flush with the threshold. If a platform or ramping is required, the horizontal location of the door also must be considered.
• The DCRFD and controls are typically mounted on a standard-size panel.
• Panel size can be customized
